ZWILLING J.A. Henckels at Assembly Row in Somerville, MA is hiring a Retail Keyholder who will deliver outstanding customer service, share product knowledge, and help lead daily store operations.

This part-time regular role supports opening and closing procedures, merchandising, and sales performance in a dynamic retail environment. You’ll demonstrate premium cutlery, cookware, and kitchen tools, build lasting customer relationships, and participate in inventory, events, and CRM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience; keyholder or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A passion for cooking, food, or premium consumer products
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and safely use a ladder as needed
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, as this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge to every shopper
• Drive sales and help achieve individual and store performance goals
• Open and close the store, following company policies and cash-handling procedures
• Support the Store Manager with daily operations and sales floor execution
• Demonstrate ZWILLING products and educate customers on features and benefits
• Maintain visual merchandising, product presentation, and store cleanliness standards
• Assist with inventory management, shipment processing, and stock replenishment
• Support promotional events, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and CRM initiatives
• Serve as a role model for company values and customer service excellence
