Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC problems, including component installation and replacement.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and Commercial Refrigeration Systems.
• Identify and clearly communicate what is needed to reach a resolution.
• Estimate costs of installation, repairs, and services to customers.
• Read and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Talk confidently with the customer, acting as a liaison between the customer and office.
• Maintain a safe and high-quality work environment.
• Leave the customer jobsite cleaner than at arrival and keep vehicle organized.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used in the CRM.
• Take the lead on larger repairs and jobsites with multiple technicians.
• Ensure safety performance and program compliance.
