Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC problems, including component installation and replacement.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems.
• Identify and clearly communicate what is needed to resolve issues.
• Estimate costs of installation, repairs, and services.
• Read and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Communicate effectively with customers as liaison between customer and office.
• Maintain safety and quality on the job site.
• Keep the job site and vehicle clean and organized.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Take the lead on larger repairs and jobsites requiring more than one technician.
• Ensure safety compliance on all tasks.
