Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as Java/J2EE Developer.
• Pharmacy Benefits Management experience required.
• Strong JavaScript experience is necessary.
• Experience with Azure and cloud design.
• Experience as a Multi-Cloud Solution Designer.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications and solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solution strategies.
• Drive architecture solutioning for cloud-based and enterprise applications in the Azure ecosystem.
• Contribute hands-on development in Java and support front-end or integration work where JavaScript is helpful.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure, maintainable solutions.
• Support modernization and continuous improvement across systems and applications.
• Mentor team members and promote engineering standards.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
