Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET) to drive the design, development, and evolution of our healthcare technology platform. This role goes beyond hands-on development—you will provide technical leadership, shape architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives.

You will work with ASP.NET MVC/C#, Azure, and Kubernetes to build secure, scalable services, lead sprint planning, and push for best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong ASP.NET MVC and C# development.
• Experience with SQL Server and Azure SQL.
• Familiar with RESTful APIs and web technologies.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and drive architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architecture direction.
• Develop and maintain scalable .NET web applications.
• Build cloud-native services on Azure and Kubernetes.
• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Execute sprint planning and ensure timely delivery.
