Qualifications

• Strong backend Java development with Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, Fargate) for containerized workloads.
• Experience building business applications and process‑driven services.
• Experience applying AI tooling within the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend Java services using Spring Boot.
• Build and operate AWS workloads leveraging Lambda and Fargate.
• Develop business application features that influence and automate business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid model across McLean, VA and Plano, TX.
• Incorporate AI tooling to improve developer productivity and solution capability.
• Ensure code quality, observability, and reliability through testing and best practices.
