Job summary

Peek IT Services is seeking a contractor to lead ITOM Discovery and CMDB design workshops as a business process consultant. You will translate workshop outcomes into documented user stories and advise on ITOM configuration and CMDB data model approach.

The engagement runs remotely for approximately 106 total hours, averaging 24–32 hours per week, from late September 2026 through mid-November 2026, with sessions starting in mid-October. Strong English communication required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ITOM Discovery and CMDB design workshops as a business process consultant.
• Ability to write and document user stories from workshop sessions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

You will lead IT Operations Management Discovery and CMDB design workshops on a short-term remote contract, translating workshop outcomes into documented user stories. The engagement is approximately 106 total hours, estimated at 24-32 hours per week once ramped, running from late September 2026 through mid-November 2026, with workshop sessions beginning in the mid-October timeframe.
