Job summary

Quince is seeking a highly experienced Lead IT Engineer based in San Francisco to lead technology operations supporting office growth and infrastructure initiatives. As part of the team, you will ensure exceptional internal support and manage technology deployment for expanding office spaces.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in IT support, experience with video conferencing tools, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This is a hybrid role with onsite presence expected three days a week.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT support or workplace technology experience.
• Prior experience supporting office expansions or relocations.
• Hands-on experience with macOS and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Lead office technology planning and deployment for new spaces.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding from IT perspective.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees onsite and remotely.
