Responsibilities

• Device lifecycle management: procure, setup, returns, and secure wiping.
• Office IT support for the San Francisco office.
• AV support: ensure meeting rooms and equipment run reliably.
• End-user support: handle inbound requests as the first contact.
• Onboarding: run IT onboarding calls for new joiners.
• New IT projects: contribute to Tech Ops initiatives.
• Automation and tooling: build automations and Slack bots to streamline work.
• Documentation: write and maintain clear internal IT guides.
