Job summary

ElevenLabs in San Francisco is seeking an IT Support Engineer for a hybrid role with 4 days on-site and one day remote. You’ll support device lifecycle, onboard new colleagues, and keep AV and meeting spaces running smoothly.

You’ll resolve end-user issues, implement automation, document guides, and contribute to Tech Ops initiatives. The role offers stock options and annual off-sites in a fast-growing AI startup environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Device lifecycle management: laptop procurement, setup, returns, secure wiping.
• Office IT support for San Francisco colleagues.
• AV support: ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment run reliably.
• End-user support: handle inbound requests and be the first contact.
• Onboarding: run IT onboarding calls for new joiners.
• New IT projects: contribute to Tech Ops initiatives.
• Automation and tooling: build automations and Slack bots.
• Documentation: maintain internal IT guides and docs.
