Job summary

Qualifications

• Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related experience.
• Preferred: SCCM, Microsoft Office 365, PowerShell scripting, networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP), Teams and Zoom for communication.
• Experience with hardware/software troubleshooting and secure computing technologies is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support servers, workstations, laptops, network devices, printers, and instructional technology hardware.
• Provide software support with emphasis on Windows management and familiarity with macOS, iOS, and Linux.
• Use campus systems such as SCCM for deployment and maintenance.
• Assist users with technical and non-technical issues, implementing solutions and adapting systems.
• Collaborate with School of Management staff, faculty, and other campus IT groups on projects and strategy development.
• Supervise and train IT student assistants, managing work assignments and performance monitoring.
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning and implementation.
