Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in a computer/technical field, or master’s degree or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States by start date; no visa sponsorship guaranteed.
• Experience with Windows system administration and cloud/identity technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide on‑premises and cloud IT system support, including Windows servers.
• Participate in design and implementation of new on‑premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Communicate professionally with teammates and university constituents.
• Maintain and improve technical and professional knowledge and skills.
• Work as part of a team in a 24x7 environment.
