Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Lead Construction Supervisor in Louisiana to guide daily crew activities, manage production per project plans, and ensure adherence to codes and safety standards. You will train crews on proper safety and operational procedures and collaborate with other crafts as needed.

Responsibilities include planning resources, maintaining equipment, reporting, and ensuring timely, budget-conscious completion with quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Must be able to plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials safely.
• Ability to supervise crew, train on safety and operational procedures.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, cost management and reporting fundamentals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with field workforce.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials for safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure construction equipment is operated and maintained correctly.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including quantities, productivity, timesheets and management reports.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequence of activities for crew.
• Ensure timely completion within estimated costs while upholding quality workmanship.
• Ensure crew safety and enforce all company and government safety rules.
• Lead toolbox meetings and communicate safety, scope and schedules to crews.
• Monitor compliance with company policies by all supervised employees.
