Kelly Services is seeking a Lead Inventory Specialist in Boulder for a company-wide physical inventory project. You will guide a six-person team, organize counts across four buildings, and ensure stock records stay accurate.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of hands-on inventory control or warehouse experience.
• Prior experience leading, training, or coordinating a team.
• Experience with physical inventories, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Strong computer skills and experience with an ERP or warehouse management system; SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead a wall-to-wall physical inventory across four buildings.
• Assign work, train, and support six inventory counters throughout the project.
• Lead cycle counts, verify results, and research differences between physical stock and system records.
• Catalog inventory and maintain accurate data in the inventory system.
• Help the team work through updates to a new SAP system.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipment records against physical inventory.
• Prepare stock movement and discrepancy reports for operations leadership.
• Work with management to improve storage, ordering, and stock rotation practices.
