Job summary

Talentify in Baltimore, MD is seeking an Inventory Specialist to accurately receive, record, store, and ship parts in a large manufacturing and distribution environment. You will maintain precise ERP and Excel records, ensure full traceability of hardware, and support smooth material flow from receipt through shipment.

The role requires at least 2 years’ experience in inventory and material handling, SAP ERP familiarity, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory and material handling, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience with ERP inventory transactions; SAP preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel for tracking parts and shipments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate pallet jacks safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive parts and enter receipts into ERP.
• Label parts and store them in correct locations.
• Pick parts and record in Excel; ensure traceability.
• Maintain batch, lot, and serial records in Excel.
• Track shipping vs. picking; report discrepancies.
• Perform ERP transactions for receipts and movements.
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace.
