Job description

Kelly® is hiring an experienced Lead Inventory Specialist for a company-wide physical inventory project in Boulder. You’ll guide a team of six inventory counters as they count and catalog stock across four nearby buildings. This is a hands‑on lead role for someone who knows how to organize a thorough count, resolve discrepancies, and keep inventory records accurate.

Location: Boulder, CO

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $28–$30 per hour

Target start: October 12

Assignment length: Approximately three months, expected to run through mid to late January

What you’ll do

  • Plan and lead a wall-to-wall physical inventory across four buildings.

  • Assign work, train, and support six inventory counters throughout the project.

What you’ll bring

  • High school diploma or GED; additional education in supply chain, logistics, or business is a plus.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
