Job summary

Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court is recruiting a skilled Intervention and Diversion Manager to oversee the Early Intervention and Diversion Center (EIDC). You will plan, direct, and supervise staff while coordinating case activities and ensuring accurate reporting and staff development.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least six years of casework experience with at-risk youth. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, assess, manage, and coordinate the work activities of staff in the EIDC.
• Supervise staff, provide coaching, and conduct training on intervention development and service linkage.
• Review data and intervention recommendations; ensure accuracy of staff documentation.
• Develop and implement on-the-job training; coordinate inter/intra-departmental activities.
