Job summary

Intervention, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Criminal Justice Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management for Diversion and Transition clients, helping them achieve program success through supervision and behavioral change techniques.

You will maintain confidential files, coordinate with courts and probation, monitor progress, and assist clients in obtaining employment and resources. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with training and PSLF eligibility noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Alternative: work experience in counseling, social work, law enforcement, corrections or supervision may substitute for education.
• Experience in general population case management.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to complete assessments and develop case plans.
• Ability to enter data and generate reports.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete, accurate case files for each client.
• Develop individualized supervision plans based on client needs.
• Schedule weekly meetings to review progress toward goals.
• Coordinate with courts, probation and other agencies.
• Monitor client participation in treatment and employment efforts.
• Enter client data into electronic databases accurately.
• Attend required trainings.
