Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Manager of Internal Communications, Content & Comms Channels to lead platforms, content processes, and employee engagement across the organization. The role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership to scale communications and drive data-informed strategies.

You will oversee SharePoint-based intranet, Viva Engage adoption, and email channels, using AI to enhance personalization and reach for a global workforce.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in Internal Communications or related field.
• Experience working with senior leaders and global stakeholders.
• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 products (SharePoint, Teams, Viva).
• Experience managing digital comms channels and intranet environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize internal communications platforms and content experiences.
• Lead content production processes and standards across channels.
• Leverage AI tools to improve quality, speed, and personalization of messages.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and executives on strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs and ensure timely communications.
