LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Manager, Internal Comms, Content & Comms Channels to own the platforms, content processes, and channels that connect employees globally. You will lead editorial excellence, leverage AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and personalization, and partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and executives to drive strategic communications.

Qualificações

• 5-8+ years in Internal Communications or related field.
• Experience working with senior leaders and global stakeholders.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365: SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, and Viva Suite.
• Experience managing digital channels, intranet environments, and employee engagement platforms.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Own platforms, content production processes, and channels for internal comms.
• Lead expansion and optimization of Microsoft Viva tools and AI-assisted features.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership on communications initiatives.
• Publish emails, intranet content, leadership messages, and newsletters.
• Set editorial standards and ensure accurate, accessible content at scale.
