Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Manager, Internal Communications, Content & Comms Channels to lead global internal communications platforms and content experiences. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and executives to translate strategic initiatives into engaging employee messages.

You will drive adoption of AI-powered features across SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Viva Suite, and oversee the bimonthly Manager Communications program to ensure timely, consistent delivery.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience working with senior leaders, executives, and global stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, and Microsoft Viva Suite.
• Experience managing digital communication channels, intranet environments, and employee engagement platforms.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
