LexisNexis is seeking a Manager, Internal Communications, Content & Comms Channels to lead the platforms, content production, and digital experiences connecting employees globally. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and executives to craft strategic communications, improve engagement with AI tools, and optimize Viva Engage and SharePoint-based intranet spaces.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10+ years of experience in Internal Communications or related field.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and global stakeholders.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365 technologies (SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage).
• Experience managing digital channels, intranet environments, and employee engagement platforms.
• Strong editing, storytelling, and content strategy capabilities.

• Own internal communications platforms, content, and digital spaces.
• Lead content production and distribution across emails, intranet, newsletters, and digital signage.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve quality, speed, and personalization of comms.
