Job summary

Responsibilities

Direct and motivate craft crews and subcontract partners; assign daily work and monitor productivity.
Lead safety initiatives, toolbox talks, and ensure PPE and equipment compliance.
Review blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications; sequence daily activities to meet milestones.
Coordinate with project management to manage manpower, equipment, and material deliveries.
Maintain daily reports and photos documenting progress and issues.
