Job summary

PEC Interiors is a full-service commercial specialty contractor seeking an experienced Metal Stud, Drywall & Acoustical Ceiling Foreman to lead field crews on commercial projects. You will plan daily work, maintain schedules, ensure quality workmanship, and promote a safety-first culture on site.

This role requires strong leadership, blueprints and plans interpretation, and effective communication with project teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of commercial metal stud framing and drywall experience.
Minimum 3 years as a Foreman leading crews on commercial projects.
Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel as project needs require.
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise field crews and subcontractors while promoting teamwork and accountability.
Plan daily work, coordinate production schedules, and meet project timelines.
Inspect work daily to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards.
Maintain a professional jobsite culture and enforce safety procedures.
Coordinate with project management on manpower and equipment needs.
Communicate schedule concerns, material shortages, and field conflicts.
