Job summary

Optiline Enterprises seeks a Foreman to lead drywall and metal framing crews on commercial and residential projects. You will drive quality workmanship, enforce safety standards, and coordinate field operations with project management to keep work on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in supervisory roles and a proven track record of guiding crews of 5–20+ workers, reading blueprints, and maintaining accurate reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in drywall and/or metal framing.
• Minimum 2 years in a Foreman, Crew Lead, or supervisory role.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Experience leading crews of 5-20+ employees.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction best practices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work full-time in active construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop drywall and metal framing crews on commercial and residential projects.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture reflecting company values.
• Mentor Crew Leads, Journeymen, and Apprentices to build future leaders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and workflow to meet schedules.
• Monitor productivity and address obstacles to project completion.
• Inspect work to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Maintain daily reports, production tracking, and material usage records.
