Performance Contracting Group in Smyrna, GA seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee metal stud framing, drywall and acoustical ceiling scopes on commercial projects. You will manage schedules, control costs, and coordinate with field teams to optimize productivity and profitability.

The role requires 5+ years of interior commercial construction management, strong communication, and the ability to read specs and drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of interior commercial construction management experience.
• Experience with estimating and project management; managing specialty scopes of construction.
• Experience in metal stud framing/drywall, acoustical ceilings and specialty components.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, think critically and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in safety plans and measures for the branch and projects.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals and shop drawings.
• Create and manage job schedules; coordinate with field supervisors and foremen.
• Perform labor control and cost tracking to maximize profits.
• Coordinate warranties and O&M manuals; manage subcontractor buyouts and change orders.
