The Atlantic District in Tolland, CT seeks a Lead Agent who blends sales mastery with mentorship to drive growth while maintaining our client-first culture.

In this role you will influence agency direction, manage high-value accounts, and partner with carriers; the base salary is complemented by commissions and bonuses, with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Connecticut Property & Casualty Producer License required.
• 3+ years of professional insurance sales experience.
• Strong mentoring and leadership abilities.
• MS Office proficiency and CRM familiarity; CIC/ARM valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily insurance sales operations and client interactions.
• Coach and support junior team members to reach milestones.
• Develop strategic plans to expand our reach in the Tolland community.
• Maintain a portfolio of high-value accounts with proactive risk management.
• Coordinate with carriers to negotiate client-friendly terms.
• Monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
