Qualifications

• Maryland Property and Casualty license active.
• 3+ years of insurance sales experience.
• Ability to mentor others and collaborate effectively.
• Strong client relationship management software skills.
• Public speaking and community networking skills.
• Knowledge of Southern Maryland insurance market trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts by identifying opportunities and growing local market share.
• Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and career paths.
• Provide risk assessments and policy recommendations for neighbors.
• Organize and participate in local events to build connections.
• Monitor sales metrics to hit service and production goals.
• Refine outreach strategies to remain the go-to agency for coverage.
