Job summary

The Atlantic District in Hollidaysburg is seeking a warm, motivated Lead Agent to anchor our local office. You will build relationships with families and businesses, guiding them through important life decisions with clarity and kindness.

This role emphasizes community engagement, mentoring junior agents, and growing a book of business while delivering proactive, personalized service. A Pennsylvania Life and Health License is required.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License.
• Minimum of three years of insurance sales or advisory experience.
• Strong comfort with face-to-face meetings and community-based relationship building.
• Working knowledge of modern insurance CRM software.
• Demonstrated history of mentoring or supporting team members.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex products simply.

Responsibilities

• Lead our local sales efforts by identifying opportunities to serve families and businesses within Hollidaysburg.
• Meet with potential clients in person to understand their financial security goals and present meaningful solutions.
• Mentor newer agents by sharing your sales strategies, industry insights, and best practices for client retention.
• Manage and nurture a growing book of business while ensuring every client receives proactive, personalized care.
• Engage with the local community through events and partnerships to build lasting professional connections.
• Collaborate with our agency leadership to refine our sales processes and improve overall client satisfaction.
