Net Zero Insulation is seeking a skilled Lead Installer to join our Englewood-based team servicing the Denver metro area. You will own on-site work, lead a crew, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality insulation installations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading insulation installation crews or construction teams.
• Knowledge of residential attics, insulation and air sealing is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand job scopes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an insulation installation crew.
• Train, coach, and provide direction to crew members.
• Review the job scope before beginning work.
• Communicate with homeowners professionally.
• Install blown-in insulation, batt insulation and other insulation products.
• Perform attic and home air sealing.
• Identify and seal common air-leakage areas.
• Complete attic preparation and ventilation work as required.
• Ensure insulation is installed to the correct depth and R-value.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Protect customers' homes during installation.
• Perform quality-control inspections before leaving the job.
