Job summary

USA Insulation is seeking a Lead Installation Manager to supervise a crew of 3 installers across residential and commercial projects. You will oversee installation, ensure quality workmanship, and drive energy-efficient results while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and be insurable to drive company vehicles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Insulation experience desired but not required.
• Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be a team player and willing to listen and learn.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials (fiberglass, foam, cellulose) in residential and commercial properties.
• Assess sites and determine insulation type and quantity required.
• Measure and cut insulation to fit spaces accurately.
• Seal gaps and joints for energy efficiency.
• Safely operate equipment to distribute insulation materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and dispose of waste properly.
• Follow safety guidelines and use PPE.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
