Job summary

Net Zero Insulation is seeking a Lead Installer to lead a crew and own on-site insulation projects in the Denver area, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. You will train team members, review scopes, and communicate with homeowners to deliver top energy-efficiency results.

This is a full-time role based in Englewood, CO, offering year-round work and potential for advancement within a growing company.

About the Role

Net Zero Insulation is looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Installer to join our growing team based out of Englewood, CO, serving customers throughout the greater Denver metro area. This is your chance to take ownership on the job site, lead a crew, and deliver top-quality insulation work that makes a real difference in energy efficiency and comfort. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an insulation installation crew
• Train, coach, and provide direction to crew members
• Review the job scope before beginning work
• Communicate with homeowners professionally
• Keep the crew organized and productive throughout the day
• Install blown-in insulation, batt insulation and other insulation products
• Perform attic and home air sealing
• Identify and properly seal common air-leakage areas
• Complete attic preparation and ventilation work as required
• Ensure insulation is installed to the correct depth and R-value
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Protect customers' homes during installation
• Perform quality-control inspections before leaving the job
• Take required job photos and complete job documentation
• Maintain company trucks, equipment and tools
• Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures

Our Ideal Candidate

• Previous insulation installation experience
• Experience leading an installation crew or construction team
• Knowledge of residential attics, insulation and air sealing
• Ability to read and understand job scopes
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to troubleshoot problems in the field
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including working in attics and confined spaces
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company insurance driving requirements
• Experience with blower-door testing, building science, weatherization, energy-efficiency programs or home-performance work is a major plus
