Qualifications

• Experience installing insulation in residential attics and walls.
• Ability to lead an installation crew and coordinate field activities.
• Strong communication with homeowners and ability to read job scopes.
• Must pass safety procedures and maintain clean, organized job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an insulation installation crew.
• Train and coach crew members.
• Review the job scope before starting work.
• Communicate with homeowners professionally.
• Ensure insulation is installed to correct depth and R-value.
• Maintain safe, organized job sites and complete documentation.
• Perform attic air sealing and moisture control as required.
