Job summary

Pima County's Regional Wastewater Reclamation department seeks an Instrumentation Process Control Supervisor to lead the maintenance, installation, calibration and repair of SCADA systems, PLCs and associated instrumentation. The role focuses on improving operations, debugging automation and developing PLC programs.

Bachelor's degree in electronics technology instrumentation and process control with 3+ years in related roles.
One year of lead or supervisory experience or equivalent county experience.
Experience with SCADA, PLCs, and instrumentation in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

Supervises maintenance, installation, calibration and repair of SCADA, PLCs and instrumentation.
Develops and implements PLC programs and operator SCADA displays.
Reviews engineering drawings and specifications; supports upgrades and preventive maintenance.
Trains and leads staff; ensures facility integrity and operational efficiency.
