Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of academic instruction experience in a post-secondary environment.
• At least 5 years of industry experience within the last 10 years.
• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Ability to recruit and develop instructors.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development and revision within the program.
• Oversee faculty performance, development, and scheduling.
• Advise and assist students with academic progress and career questions.
• Collaborate with Career Services and Admissions.
• Ensure program effectiveness and campus-wide compliance.
