Job summary

The Lead Instructor reports to the Director of Education and drives continuous program improvement. Responsibilities include hiring and mentoring instructors, maintaining program materials, and engaging with employers for externships

Qualifications

• Education requirements vary by field of instruction.
• Master’s Degree is required in some states.
• For Degree areas: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Instructor responsibilities include teaching courses and overseeing program effectiveness.
• Coordinate curriculum development, revisions, and implementation with Ancora Academics team.
• Hire, orient, develop, and evaluate instructors within the program.
• Advise and support students, monitor progress, and refer to student services as needed.
• Collaborate with Career Services to establish externships and practicum opportunities.
• Participate in program budget planning and faculty meetings.
