Job summary

Qualifications

• Education requirement varies by field of instruction.
• At least 5 years industry experience within the last 10 years.
• 2 years of experience in academic instruction in a post-secondary environment.
• 2 years of industry experience in the field of instruction.
• Experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace applications and CampusVue.
• Knowledge of the federal, state, local and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to students and advisement; meet new and returning students.
• Lead retention initiatives and monitor student progress.
• Oversee faculty performance and development; hire and orient instructors.
• Assist with curriculum development and revision; implement new curriculum.
• Coordinate externships, internships, and practicum activities; ensure compliance.
• Maintain regular office hours; collaborate with Admissions and Career Services.
