Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CTM or related field, or a master's with 18 graduate credit hours in CTM or related field.
• Four years practical experience in the CTM field.
• Prior teaching experience or completion of new instructor training.
• Demonstration of integrity and professionalism in all aspects.
• Solid computer software skills including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with diverse groups.
• Ability to work in an observation/coaching style environment.
• Capability to prioritize, accept responsibility, and meet deadlines.
• Superior organizational and problem-resolution skills.
• Commitment to customer service.
• Ability to qualify as an instructor per standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging classroom and lab instruction with assessment and management techniques.
• Ensure students are presented with material to meet learning objectives.
• Ensure instructional materials and equipment are ready and in working order.
• Participate in faculty assessment and professional development activities.
• Participate in meetings, analyze assessment data, and meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation guidelines and internal policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
