Dave & Buster's Inc. in Coppell, TX is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to own end-to-end development of blended learning programs. The role emphasizes designing ILT and online experiences, creating engaging content, and leading project delivery across the organization.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with SMEs and operations teams to ensure training aligns with brand standards, service quality, and learning objectives. Occasional travel to field locations is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in instructional design, training, or training program management.
• Experience designing blended learning across instructor-led and online formats.
• Portfolio of design, eLearning, graphics, and video projects.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop blended learning solutions (ILT, online, facilitation, job aids, videos, and PowerPoint materials).
• Own end-to-end program development from concept through rollout and evaluation.
• Collaborate with SMEs, field leaders, and support teams to translate complex content into engaging experiences.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual trainings for diverse groups and leadership.
• Lead cross-functional training projects with timelines, milestones, and dashboards.
