DAY IN THE LIFE

• Wake early to seize the day
• Prepare professionally, including grooming and setting up your tools and devices
• Arrive early at the shop to prepare for success
• Meet with the Installation Manager to review previous work and plan the day
• Arrive on time at customer homes, providing exceptional service that earns top reviews
• Receive real-time coaching and support as needed
• Ensure parts and materials are ready and delivered efficiently
• Collect payment from customers to ensure company revenue
• Prepare for the next day’s installs with your team

WHAT WE DO:

We handle all residential HVAC services, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, installation, maintenance, and service. Our commitment is to do it right the first time. If you dislike working with people, this isn’t the place for you. Customer service is about caring enough to present options and empower customers to make informed decisions.

JOB DUTIES

• Learn and implement our service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Diagnose HVAC issues accurately
• Recommend service and repair options effectively to maximize sales
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs with a callback rate below 1%
• Manage time and inventory to optimize profitability
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure vehicle cleanliness
