DAY IN THE LIFE
Your day will typically include:

• Waking early to start your successful day
• Preparing yourself professionally for work
• Arriving early at the shop to prepare for your team’s success
• Meeting with the Installation Manager to review completed work and plan the day’s tasks
• Arriving punctually at customer homes in a clean, professional vehicle and delivering exceptional service that earns top reviews
• Receiving real-time coaching and support as needed
• Having parts and materials delivered to stay focused on the job
• Collecting payment from customers to ensure company revenue
• Heading to the warehouse with your team to prepare for the next day

WHAT WE DO:
We handle all residential HVAC services, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, installation, maintenance, and service. We aim to do it right every time.
If you dislike working with people, this may not be the right fit. Customer service means caring enough to present options and empower homeowners to make informed decisions.

JOB DUTIES

• Learn and implement our service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Diagnose HVAC problems accurately
• Recommend service and repair options effectively to convert opportunities into sales
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs with less than 1% callbacks
• Manage time and inventory to optimize profitability
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure cleanliness after each job
• Keep company vehicle clean and well-maintained
