DAY IN THE LIFE

An average day includes:

• Waking early to seize success
• Preparing professionally and reviewing opportunities on your company-provided iPad and iPhone
• Arriving early at the shop to prepare for the day
• Meeting with the Installation Manager to review completed work and plan the day's tasks
• Arriving on time at the customer's home with a clean truck and providing top-tier service
• Receiving real-time coaching and support
• Getting parts/materials delivered for efficiency
• Collecting payment from customers
• Getting ready for the next installation at the warehouse

WHAT WE DO

All residential HVAC work—gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil boilers, geothermal, IAQ, installation, maintenance, and service. We do it right. Customer care means offering options and empowering homeowners.

JOB DUTIES

• Learn and implement our service system, procedures, and ethics
• Diagnose HVAC issues accurately
• Recommend service and repair options effectively
• Perform services with less than 1% callbacks
• Manage time and inventory to maximize profitability
• Maintain a clean work area and vehicle
