Job summary

Champion Window in Wichita, KS is seeking an Installation Supervisor to lead our installation teams for windows, doors, and siding. You will supervise in-house and subcontractor crews, ensure job sites are properly measured, ordered, staged, scheduled and completed to high quality standards, while maintaining code compliance and customer satisfaction.

This role requires early start times, occasional Saturdays, and the ability to train and coach staff, with focus on revenue goals and safe work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of skilled labor or industry experience preferred.
• OSHA, Installation Masters training and/or related certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical construction expert for remeasurements and compliance with installation best practices.
• Customer satisfaction through site visits and communications with customers during installs.
• Oversee in-house and subcontractor crews to meet daily revenue goals and ensure project completion.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure training as required by regulations.
• Ensure each job is properly measured, ordered, staged, scheduled, completed and 100% collected.
