Qualifications

• Proficiency in window/door installation and finish carpentry.
• Ability to read work orders, measurements, and installation instructions.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Strong customer-service, communication, and onsite leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and driving record per policy.

Responsibilities

• Review orders, measurements, and installation requirements.
• Serve as primary onsite customer contact and communicate progress.
• Direct and coordinate daily work of installation team onsite.
• Remove existing openings and prepare for installation.
• Measure, cut, assemble, install, and finish windows/doors and hardware.
• Perform minor drywall patching and finish work as required.
• Complete installations per manufacturer instructions and safety standards.
• Protect property, maintain a clean job site, and document work.
• Follow inventory procedures and use company tools safely.
• Adhere to safety policies and report hazards promptly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
