Job summary

Champion Window is seeking an Installation Supervisor to lead technical construction and product installations, including windows and doors, across projects. You will manage in-house and subcontractor crews, ensure accurate measurements, maintain safety standards, and drive on-time, quality completions while achieving revenue goals.

The role requires early start times and may include Saturdays. A track record of leadership, reliable attendance, and proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of skilled labor or industry experience preferred.
• OSHA, Installation Masters training and/or related certification a plus.
• Clean driving and solid attendance records.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to train others.
• Proficiency in installation/service methods for window, door and siding projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and email.
• Ability to adjust and re-prioritize work flow on a daily basis.
• Ability to ensure each job is completed in compliance with written safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Technical construction expert; measure rechecks and installations per project requirements.
• Customer satisfaction through site visits and direct customer communication.
• Oversee in-house and subcontractor crews to meet daily revenue goals and complete projects.
• Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance; ensure training and productivity targets are met.
