Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• 2-3 years residential construction/remodeling experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Basic construction math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• 5+ years construction experience (preferred).
• Crew lead or supervisory experience (preferred).
• GC license, OSHA certification, finish carpentry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install windows and doors in residential or residential-style commercial settings.
• Complete jobs on site to installation guidelines and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage install crew on site to meet codes and safety.
• Manage time and materials to stay on schedule.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to align on progress.
