Champion Window in Savannah, GA is seeking an Installation Manager to lead, monitor, and coach a division of installation supervisors, service/measure technicians, and installers. Drive customer experience, revenue and profitability through proactive leadership and reliable project execution.

The role requires early starts and occasional Saturdays, emphasizing teamwork, scheduling, and cost controls across windows, doors, siding, and sunrooms to deliver safe, high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction/remodeling.
• Ability to supervise and train others and create schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, coach, and hold the division team accountable to operational goals.
• Proactively manage customer satisfaction and resolve concerns with timely updates.
• Monitor KPIs, dashboards, AR, WIP, COGs, and project scheduling.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and subcontractor coordination.
