Job summary

Champion Window is seeking an Installation Supervisor to lead the construction and product installation teams (windows, doors, siding). You will train and manage Service/Measure Technicians and installers, ensure daily production goals are met, and maintain code compliance and high customer satisfaction.

This role requires early starts, occasional Saturdays, and proven leadership. You will coordinate internal crews and subcontractors, monitor safety training, and uphold company policies while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of skilled labor or industry experience preferred.
• OSHA, Installation Masters training and/or related certification a plus.
• Clean driving and solid attendance records.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to train others.
• Proficiency in installation methods for window, door and siding projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and email.
• Ability to adjust and re-prioritize work flow on a daily basis.
• Ability to ensure each job is completed in compliance with written safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Technical Construction Expert; understand remeasurements for windows, doors, siding and sunrooms and ensure compliance with standards.
• Customer Satisfaction; perform site visits and calls with customers during installs and phases of projects.
• Project Management; oversee crews to meet daily revenue goals and ensure orders are completed and payments collected.
• Safety and Policy; maintain safe working environment and provide required trainings.
