Job summary

Champion Window is seeking an Installation Supervisor to act as the technical construction and product installation expert for our core products, including windows, doors, and siding. You will manage, train, and hold your team accountable to hit daily, weekly, and monthly production goals while ensuring code compliance and high customer satisfaction.

The role oversees service/measure technicians, employees and subcontractor installers, with early starts and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to train others.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and email.
• OSHA, Installation Masters training and/or related certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical Construction Expert; understanding how to remeasure windows, entry doors, siding, and sunrooms and ensure compliance with Champion Engineering and best practices.
• Customer Satisfaction; site visits or calls with customers during installs or at each phase of longer projects; inform Install Manager of concerns.
