Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks an Install Supervisor in Coppell, TX to lead the commercial door install department.

You will plan schedules, manage day-to-day operations, and guide a team toward meeting customer commitments while controlling costs. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of supervisory experience, possess strong communication skills, and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial door install department.
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure execution.
• Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments cost effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed timely, under budget and to customer satisfaction.
• Review monthly financial/operational reports and work with front-line managers to improve actions.
• Improve the performance of the field team through regular performance reviews.
• Assist with hiring, training and developing new employees.
